The sleeve board will find its greatest use if it be provided with some sort of base. These two may be permanently fastened together or the board may be hinged to the base. According to Allison P. Ball of Worcester, Massachusetts, who has sent in the sketch, the hinged board seems to meet the needs of the mothers, than whom we have no better critics.
