This tool consists of blade and beam or handle, and is used for testing surfaces which should be at right angles to each other, and for spuaring lines across the wood. In using hold the handle firmly up to the planed face (working face) of the wood. Do not hammer or pry with this tool, as it makes it inaccurate for use.
