Where does the life of the child begin, or where did the dispensations begin, are as yet problematic Was the Garden of Eden, or is the vital spark of humanity in the embryo state; or was the beginning of Earth life after the flood? Astrologically we may rationally trace the dispensations backward to the days of Moses, or the life of a child to its birth, but beyond that point data is quite uncertain.

Some claim that the heart, as represented by Leo, is where the breath of life first responds; then the chest "heaves," next the arms move, the neck manifests "determination," the head displays independence; the feet next absorb power, the legs become useful in the flow of life from heart to feet; the knees admit of ambitious power to move about; the thighs strengthen and admit of uprightness; the loins give intuitive strength to manhood, while the secrets and the bowels rule magnetic and discriminating faculties of internal power of hidden import. With this order of procedure the dispensations would carry us back 2000 years for each, a period of at least 12,000 years to the creation. We are now at the close of Pisces, the Christian dispensation, or just one-half of the Zodiac, from the 30th degree of Leo.

By precession then, our mesial line, or first point of Aries, has been in conjunctional condition for some years, with the star called the South Fish, or Fomahat, of the nature of Veinus and Mercury. This, to the world, is said to be moderately beneficial in the conferring of honors. Some say it threatens bites by venomous creatures, when joined to Mars, and Aries is equivalent to Mara Wilson says this is ridiculous as it lies too far south to be joined to . any planet, or to do much evil or good in our hemisphere. Nevertheless, most everybody is getting badly bitten by the trusts, and the south has been bitten by volcanoes etc., and these certainly are venomous creations.

All of these matters and thousands of others, Biblical, physical, metaphysical, solar, lunar, political, social, commercial and universal, may be studied and harmonized and diversified, according to the knowledge and genius of the student, by use of the Wonder Wheel, as it can be done in no other one piece of printing ever placed upon the market. It is the open book and the sealed book of Jeremiah. The book of the Sun, the book of the Moon, the book of the Stars, the book of the Earth, the book of both the Spiritual and the Material World, the Intellectual and the Sensual, for the Sun shineth as the rain descendeth upon both the just and the unjust.

To emphasize these general facts has been my purpose in presenting the ideas contained in this article. I endeavor to show that the Wonder Wheel belongs to that order of Astrology as is taught from the pulpit by the illuminated thoughts of the priest; of the order taught by advanced Theos-ophists; of the order as taught by mental as well as material scientists, and all advanced thinkers of the world whether they call it Astrology or tid-dlewinks.

"What's in a name?"It is the truth that is wanted, with a rational basis of comparison; a little from you, a little from me and a little from all, with our fragmentary jots and tittles we may build a tower that will reach to the heavenly heart of man. We need first the guiding power of the Sun - or spell it "Son,"if you will - and then the help meet power of the sentient Moon. In the Lunar department of life, both saint and sinner may enjoy the worldly pleasure of sense, whether it be called Mooney, Lunar, Diana, Eva or Sin.

I first presented the Wheel thinking that its spiritual and philosophic significances and higher principles of life were better known. I was surprised to find minds which I had supposed to be illumined striving to build their tower only with others of the same tongue and the one understanding. In so building they create a whop-sided tower, on either Moon or Sun basics. They lack the combined strength of the mesial line of equilibrium. The Moon minds could not understand the

Wheel without Horoscopal features and correspondences better explained, hence I was forced to present a short series of "lessons."

The Wheel is now being quite generally understood and it is designed to assist in the work of lifting the abused science and philosophy of Astrology back to that exalted place from which it has been ostracised by ignorance, which does not even dare to assign a tangible reason for its ostracism excepting it be the doctrines of Galileo, which in no way destroyed the truths of Astrology. They only destroyed the popularity of the science.

Even Galileo's doctrines were deemed to be at variance with truth and revelation. Astrology proves itself today as much as if Galileo had never been, just as though Copernicus had never lived. The nebular hypothesis of Her-schel and the consequent investigations of Laplace, when first brought to light, were regarded as an impious attempt upon the Mosaic account of creation.

Neither Orthodox Christian nor Astronomer would examine nor hardly glance at them. How could they understand what he maintained.

There is a curious feature in the Wonder Wheel, which I ask bright minds to study. The 12 lines or cusps of signs when brought to the centre form just three crosses, ana the Sun, or the Earth, as you choose, occupies the centre. One of these crosses is called the "Cardinal Cross," at the centre of which is the first point of Aries (the lamb) Draw your own con-elusions.

The outer circle represents the Heavens, the inner circle the Earth. Well, to "begin with," in making the figure we must first "create this Heaven and Earth,"and these two circles do that. Now we must complete the 12 divisions of life in six dies, or divisional lines. We do so, dividing the waters of Cancer in one hemisphere from Scorpio and Pisces in the other hemisphere as the first die, then the meridianal line as the second die, and so on with the other four dies. Then as the figure is completed we can as did the God of Genesis, rest with our creation on the seventh die and let the planets inside of it do their work.

THY KINGDOM COME.

"Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as 'tis in heaven," Yet when and how this kingdom comes, are thoughts but seldom given. The earth itself is heaven, in part, a speck among the stars, Yet kingdoms come and go, on earth, enscribed with human scars. The poles of heaven and poles of earth move on by cyclic laws. The suns and suns of suns whirl by with not the slightest pause. Our breathings come, our breathings go 'thout e'en an effort given, And still we pray, "Thy kingdom come on earth as 'tis in heaven." Where is this heaven, in boundless space, to which poor mortals pray, Where is this kingdom yet to come, from which we seem to stray. All space is decked with wondrous signs, in constellations formed, Yet plodding men scarce recognize these heavens with stars adorned, With speed and might through space, by time, . exact moves every star, Yet man in mortal form perceives no motion, change, or jar, Still towards that kingdom in God's way, like on a ship at sea, Man, on the earth as passenger, approaches Destiny. The Aries of the Zodiac through

Pisces will be passed, And soon Aquarius will receive the

Lamb of God at last. The hopes and thoughts of man will change, "Thy will, Oh God, be done," The true Christ-cross will soon be reached and with it "Kingdom

Come."

(Note - No person need expect to thoroughly understand Astrology, scientlfically and philosophically, in less than eight years close application to the study. By the Wonder Wheel, one may easily grasp the essential features of Astrology in as many weeks. The explanations accompanying the wheel, are straight to the point, with no superfluous words. Understand what is written in the explanations, just as it Is written and you will lave the Key to the Whole Science. After having the Key its application depends entirely upon your own tact or genius. Words may be multiplied and volumes written, hut no Facts for Astrology can be given that are not already given in the Wonder Wheel and its brief explanations. Learn the wheel by its explanations as given, without attempting to learn anything not laid down, and, you will advance quicker and be better able to master anything else in Astrology, no matter how complicated. Otherwise yon will only learn to solve some one matter and never bo quite sure of that. One-half of the As-trologic laws and judgments as ordinarily given are mixtures of Truth and sentimental bosh, and it is the wading through these errors that makes Astrology so difficult to understand.

The worldly minded, takes to these errors first, and because they cannot understand the errors they think they cannot understand the science. Astrology is easy; very easy, but it is very hard to explain in opposition to the erroneous ideas which most people have concerning it. Popular error is the only difficulty which Astrology meets. The Wonder Wheel presents Astrology with the errors very largely eliminated.
