Judge Saturn as earthy; Mars as fiery; Mercury as airy; Moon as watery; Jupiter and Venus as temperate; Uranus as eratic; Neptune as seditious; and make your own story from a combination of the information gained. For general judgment of diseases, note the places that Saturn, Mars and Uranus occupy and blend with places occupied by Moon at same time. When Moon or Sun are in squares or oppositions, or in conjunction with any of the planets, those are most important times for noticeable evils, except the conjunction with Jupiter, Venus or Mercury. Sun conditions, independent of planets, from time to time, may be judged from the wheel, as the Sun each day of any year Is judged by the day of the year as found in the circle of days. That is where the Sun will be in the circle on the day that you are looking for. The Sun will always be in trine, or square, etc., with its place of birth on the days marked in the signs which are in trine square, etc., with the birth point. Within six days from the exact degree are the cautionary points, as the Moon during those six days will form a like aspect, whether or not you know where it is.

If perchance a planet happens to form at the same time, or within that period a like good or bad aspect, then the effect - good or bad as the case may be - will most assuredly be felt. All of this is easy and devoid of head-splitting mathematics, and though not as exact or perhaps as sure. Is nevertheless just as essential for watchfulness for the aspects to the Sun are the most important of all the aspects to be watchful of. Horary questions, natal questions or any other matters may be Judged by this same system.

The sign Aries rules the Head. If Mars were in Aries then we would say the head is extra strong, and the native would be a strong martial character, regardless of any horoscope.

If no other planet mixes its influence with Mars or Aries, by trines or right angles, then both Mars and Aries are normal and strong, for bold, intrepid, warlike, impetuous, or independent action. Of course Mars and Aries, are, of themselves, just the same whether normal or abnormal, but, the abnormal condition prevents the expression of their true natures. Herein learn a lesson of ourselves. Within ourselves we are at all times exactly the true type of man, but, by the crossing influences of other forces, which we term "associations, worldly duties, business or domestic cares," etc., we are forced to be abnormal, or, in other words, "Irregular,"or contrary to the primal ruling of our Manhood. When all the planets are in good aspect with each other, or, are all in their own places of power in the heavens (signs which they lord) so that by equilibrium they modify each other in the operation of the several 24 hours of each day (or the correaponding higher cycle of time) then, we may expect a world-wide trust of human power and a millenial condition as spoken of in the revelation, of the 24 elders shouting hosannahs about the Trusts and partnerships, social or commercial, are formed by good or bad aspects of zodiacal or planetary powers, and are good, if formed under benific laws, and evil, if formed under right-angles, or squared aspects, unless otherwise controlled by the will power of the civil laws.
