Where a broker asks and obtains from the owner the price at which he would sell real property, without anything being said as to the broker's employment or compensation, and it does not appear that the owner knew, or had reasonable grounds to believe, that the broker expected to be paid, no contract of employment, express or implied, can be inferred, but at best only a naked, verbal option. Clammer v. Eddy, 41 Colo. 235, 92 P. 722; Ewing v. Bond, 215 S. W. 934, - Ky. Ct. App. - . See also Sec. 92.
