A contract by a real estate broker to "list" real estate, is not satisfied by merely taking a description of the real estate by the broker, but the most restricted construction of the word "list" would at least require that some mention of the real estate should appear in some of the broker's pamphlets advertising the property for sale, and, in the absence of such listing, the broker could not recover commissions provided in case of withdrawal of the land by the owner.
