The transfer of an undivided one-half interest in a farm by one joint owner to the other is not a sale of the farm contemplated in the reservation in the contract by the joint owners with a broker for sale on commission, by which the owners reserved the right to sell the farm themselves without liability for commissions. Farrell v. Almgren, 211 I11. App. 654.
