A confidential agent of the lessee, before the lease expired, secretly procured a lease for a new term to himself, at a larger rent, denying to the principal that he was competing for the lease. Held, that the agent must hold the lease as trustee for the principal. Davis v. Hamlin, 108 I11. 39; Grower v. Andrew, 59 Cal. 119.
