Where lessors were induced to execute a lease to a tenant procured by the lessor's broker, on receiving the broker's receipt for his commissions from the tenant, any agreement between the broker and the tenant as to the use of the receipt, made without the knowledge or consent of the lessors, would not affect their rights under the receipt.
