Complainant requested a broker to find some one to whom complainant could loan a sum of money; the broker made a loan of such an amount to defendant, advancing his own money and taking a note and mortgage, which he turned over to complainant; complainant paid over the amount to the broker; defendant paid the broker for obtaining the loan; subsequently defendant made payments of interest to the broker, who remitted to the complainant; on such occasions complainant requested the broker to notify defendant when the interest was due.
