Laws 1911, c. 157, providing that contract making one an agent for the sale of real estate shall become void after one year, unless the time of termination is fixed, rendered a contract for the exclusive sale of lots, without limitation as to time, absolutely void after one year, though the owner was not aware of the invalidity until later.
