Though the oral promise to pay a commission for effecting an exchange of land was unenforceable, being within Comp. Laws 1915, Sec. 11981, a note given by the landowner for the amount of such commission is enforceable, as between the parties, the moral obligation being sufficient consideration. Bagaeff v.
