Where the owner of real property employed an agent to find a purchaser therefor, and the latter, within the scope of his authority, but without the owner's knowledge, employed a broker for the same purpose, and the owner revoked the authority given to the agent, and the broker afterward, without notice of the revocation, found a purchaser, it was held that the broker could recover commissions from the owner.
