Sec. 603. Broker Can Not Recover Commissions Where Contract Unenforceable
A real estate agent can not base a claim for commissions on a contract of sale which, because of its incompleteness, can not be enforced. Bradford v. Menard, 35 Minn. 197; Mason v. Small, 130 Mo.
