Sec. 695a. It Is No Defense That The Broker Agreed To Divide His Commissions With Third Persons
It is no defense to an action for commissions on a sale of land that the broker agreed with third persons that they should all endeavor to make a sale, and would divide the commissions in the event thereof. Ross v. Carr, (N. M. Sup. '09), 103 P. 307. Compare Sec. 922.
