Sec. 712d. Statement By Defendant To Broker After Sale Closed That Latter Was Agent, Insufficient To Establish Agency
A statement by defendant, after the closing of a sale of real estate, in which he referred to plaintiff as the agent procuring the purchaser, does not establish an express or implied contract between the parties that plaintiff shall share in the commissions received by defendant.
