In determining the question which one of two brokers effected a sale, it is proper to show by the purchaser his state of mind regarding the purchase after he had left the broker claiming the commission. McGuire v. Carlson, 61 I11. App. 295; Begelin v. Lothgren, 207 I11. App. 409.
