Written authority was entered into giving a broker the exclusive right to sell real estate at a fixed price before a certain date. Held, that an offer to show that at the time of the execution of the contract defendant told plaintiff that if the said sale was effected after the expiration of the written contract defendant would pay the broker his commission, was inadmissible.
