On the issue whether a broker employed to procure a purchaser was the procuring cause of the sale, evidence that the purchaser sought the counsel of a third person, and resolved not to purchase unless the third person approved thereof, was immaterial. Oliver v. Katz, 131 Wis. 409, I11 N. W. 509.
