A joint owner of real estate who consents to a listing thereof by his co-owner with real estate agents for sale, receives part of the consideration, and never repudiates the sale made by the agents, after discovering that they were guilty of fraud, is estopped to deny connection with the fraud, but will be held liable only to the extent of the benefit actually received.
