Findings of fact in an action for commissions for the sale of land, that the purchasers to whom the agent sold took 320 acres, did not limit the amount of land sold to 320 acres so as to defeat the action, the authority being to sell 327 acres, where, in answer to another question, if there was an excess over 320 acres, to state how many acres of such excess each of the purchasers agreed to take, the jury found that one purchaser agreed to take 3 1/2 acres, and another 3 1/2 acres.
