In an action by a principal against her agent for negligence in procuring a mortgage to be executed in her favor in which the land was wrongly described. Held, that it should be left to the jury to say whether the plaintiff was guilty of contributory negligence in not discovering the mistake, which was patent upon the face of the mortgage. Munford v.
