In an action by a broker to recover commissions for finding a purchaser for land, an instruction that if the contract sued on dinered from the contract made, plaintiff could not recover, was erroneous, as leaving a question of law to the jury. Nichols v. Whitacre, 112 Mo. App. 692, 87 S. W. 594.
