In a suit against two defendants for a broker's commission for procuring a purchaser for lands, under a joint employment by defendants, it was error to refuse to instruct that the jury must find for defendants, if one of them alone employed plaintiff. Handley v. Shaffer, 59 S. 286, 177 Ala. 636.
