This Indenture, made the tenth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five, between Frank Wright, of the City and County of San Francisco, State of California, the party of the first part, and Asa White and John Black, of the said City and County, the parties of the second part, witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, to him in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents remise, release, and forever quitclaim unto the said parties of the second part, and to their heirs and assigns, all that certain lot, piece, or parcel of land, situate in the said City and County of Sam Francisco, State of California, and bounded and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof.
To have and to hold, all and singular the said premises, together with the appurtenances, unto the said parties of the second part, and to their heirs and assigns forever.
