This cause having come on to be heard upon the bill of complaint taken as confessed by the said defendant (or upon pleadings and proofs taken in open court, as the case may be), and thereupon, it appearing to the court now here by competent evidence, that the plaintiff in this cause had, prior to the institution of suit, legally effected a forfeiture of the contract set up and described in plaintiff's Bill of Complaint, and that such forfeiture had been fully effected prior to the institution of said suit, and that the interest of said defendant had been terminated therein and that plaintiff had taken possession of said property.
It is therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed and this court by virtue of the authority therein vested, doth Order, Adjudge and Decree that said contract (here describe the contract) covering the following described real estate (here insert description of real estate) has been duly and legally forfeited by plaintiff prior to the institution of this action and that the defendant has no right, title or interest, either legal or equitable in said property.
