Of late years, the matter of surveys has become very serious. It now rarely happens that a survey discloses a piece of property as standing precisely on the lines of record title. It is a proper precaution for the seller to have a survey made of his property, and to sell it subject to the conditions which are thereon shown. If the survey be thus referred to, the purchaser will not be entitled to object to the title for anything disclosed thereon.
