Feltham, Or Felltham, Owen, an English author, died about 1G80. No event of his life is known except that he resided for many years in the house of the earl of Thomond. He wrote Resolves, Divine, Political, and Moral (3d, and 1st complete ed., 1628; 10th ed., 1677), which has been highly admired for its exuberance of wit and fancy, fervent piety, and occasional subtlety of thought. Feltham is the author also of a few minor pieces in prose and verse.
