Spasms. For these distressing and dangerous attacks, there is no better remedy than the following: - Take eight drops of laudanum, and eight drops or Hoffman's tether; and in the morning one or two Seidlitz's powders, or castor oil, or any other mild aperient. In the summer, saline draughts are best.
