Infant

An infant under the age of 10 years shall not be found guilty of any crime or misdemeanor.

Insanity

An insane person without lucid intervals shall not be found guilty of any crime with which he may be charged.

An idiot shall not be guilty of any crime with which he may be charged.

Counseling Infant Or Idiot To Commit Crime

Any person encouraging an infant under the age of ten years or an idiot to commit an offense shall be prosecuted for such offense as a principal.
