Whoever wilfully and without authority forcibly takes or entices away any infant under the age of 12 years, without the consent of the parent or guardian, with intent to conceal or imprison such infant, or whoever conceals and imprisons such infant without the consent of the parents or guardian, shall be imprisoned in the penitentiary for his or her natural life or any number of years.
