Seduction - Defined

Whoever seduces and obtains carnal knowledge of any unmarried female under the age of 18 years, of previous chaste character, shall be fined not less than $1,000 nor more than $5,000, or imprisoned in the county jail not exceeding one year, or both. Subsequent intermarriage of parties shall be a bar to prosecution. Cannot convict on unsupported testimony of the female.
