The appointment of an administrator to carry out the terms of a will frequently happens where the executor named therein fails to qualify or for some other reason becomes incompetent and unable to act. Letters of administration are granted to such an administrator and he is known as the administrator with the will annexed. He receives letters of administration with the will annexed.
