If an administrator pays the claim in full under the belief that the estate is amply able to meet all its obligations, he is entitled, if it is afterwards discovered that the funds of the estate are insufficient to pay all the debts in full, to recover the excess paid to the claimant so that such claimant, although first paid in full, will receive no greater benefit than others of the same class.
