If the question of legitimacy depends upon the question whether or not there was a valid marriage between the parents of the party whose legitimacy is in question this will be determined by the laws of the place where the marriage is alleged to have taken place. If the question of legitimacy depends upon whether or not an illegitimate child was legitimized by the after marriage of his parents, the governing law will be that of the domicile of the father at the time such marriage is contracted.
