Personal property may be acquired in three general ways, (1) by original acquisition; (2) by act of the parties, and (3) by operation of law.
Title by original acquisition is in turn subdivided into:
(1) Occupancy.
(2) Accession.
(3) Products of intellectual labor.
(4) Trade-marks.
