KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, John Doe, of the County of Cook, and State of Illinois, in consideration of One dollar, and for other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, convey, release ana quitclaim, unto Richard Roe, of the County of Cook, and State of Illinois, all the right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever I may have acquired in, through, or by a certain Trust Deed bearing date of June 20th, A. D. 1915, and recorded in the Recorder's Office of Cook County, in the State of Illinois, in Book F, page 434, as Document 632532, to the premises therein described as follows, to-wit:
Lot three, Block 434, known as the Field Property, according to the official plan of the City of Chicago, in Sec. 6, Township 48, North, Range 23, East of the Third Principal Meridian, together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining.
