I hereby acknowledge that Thomas Jones has been this day declared the highest bidder and purchaser of (Here insert the description of the property sold), at the sum of $1000; and that he has paid into my hands the sum of $100 as a deposit, and in part payment of the purchase money; and I hereby agree that the vendor shall, in all respects, fulfill the conditions of the said sale.
