--------- dollars, to the payment of which sum, well and truly to be made, we do hereby jointly and severally bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators.

The condition of the above obligation is such, that, whereas,--------- [insert as condition the liability as indemnity against which the bond is given].
Now, if the said A. B. shall, in all respects, save harmless and keep indemnified the said C.
