The method of repairing punctures is very similar for all single-tube tyres. First slightly enlarge the hole, inject solution, and then force a rubber plug (previously solutioned) into the hole. In some cases a number of specially rubber rings are used instead of a solid plug, and the surplus projecting above the tyre is removed with a knife.
