Erigeron ramosus.
Composite Family. June - Oct.
A plant 1 - 2 feet high. Found in fields, waste lands, roadsides. Nova Scotia to Virginia, and west to Missouri.
About 1/2 inch across, with large, green-yellow disk, rays white, narrow.
Narrow, nearly or quite toothless, lower leaves broader at the tip.

Daisy Fleabane.
Erigeron annuus. Similar to the preceding, with broader, coarsely-toothed leaves. Rays white or pale lilac.
