All fruits, containing, as they do, the mother substance of alcohol, may become the raw materials from which brandies are made, and there is scarcely any kind of berry or common fruit of any description which is not at some time or other utilized for the manufacture of alcohol.
Blueberries, huckleberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc., have all been utilized in this way. These brandies are not made in any commercial quantities, and they are mentioned simply to indicate what their true composition should be.
