Cut celery, 1 quart, Flaked fish, boiled, 1 pint, Tomato, cut small, 1, Chopped onion, 1 tablespoon, Chopped green pepper, 1 tablespoon.
Mix with mayonnaise, and serve on lettuce leaves.
