Grape-fruit,
Mayonnaise,
Tarragon vinegar.
Mix equal bulks of grape-fruit, celery, and boiled French chestnuts which have been boiled in salted water 20 minutes, and blanched.
Serve with mayonnaise dressing flavored with tarragon vinegar.
