Butter, 1 tablespoon, Salt, 1/2 teaspoon, Lemon-juice, 1/2 tablespoon, Minced parsley, 1/2 tablespoon, Pepper, 1/2 salt-spoon.
Mix well, and spread on hot broiled steak or chops. This may also be used with hot fried or broiled fish.
