Blend in saucepan

2 tablespoons cocoa

3 tablespoons sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt

Then stir in

1/2 cup hot water

Bring to boil over low heat and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Then add and heat, but do not boil

2 cups milk or 1 cup evaporated milk and 1 cup water

Drop a marshmallow into each cup and pour hot cocoa over it. 4 servings.
