Call it cabbage salad and it will taste just as good.

Shred on cutting board

1/2 medium head cabbage

Chill in plastic bag in refrigerator to crisp.

Combine in salad bowl

1 medium onion, minced

2 tablespoons vinegar 1/4 cup evaporated milk or heavy cream 1/4 cup salad dressing 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Add cabbage and toss together. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve icy cold. 6 servings.
