Roll paste to one-fourth inch in thickness and cut in pieces six inches by two inches. Sprinkle ends with sugar mixed with cinnamon (using three parts sugar to one part cinnamon) and roll toward centre twice. Prick unrolled part with a fork, place on a tin sheet and bake in a hot oven. Spread unrolled sections with currant jelly, which has been beaten with a fork until of right consistency to spread evenly. Over jelly arrange one-inch sections of canned peaches. If peaches are not soft, cook in their own syrup, to which a small quantity of sugar has been added.
