1 bottle of "champagne" cider. 1 cupful of sugar.
1 of sherry.
2 lemons.
1/2 cupful of water.
Mix the sugar, water and wine together in a pitcher, and stir until the sugar is dissolved, slice in the lemons as for lemonade, put in a lump of ice and then fill up with cider.
