4 eggs, beaten slightly 1 1/3 cups white corn meal
2 teaspoons salt 1 1/3 cups wheat flour
Barley flour may be used in place of wheat flour. Knead on floured board, using more flour if necessary. Roll, dry, and cook as other noodles.
